Mercy by the Sea programs seek to help up tap into the wisdom of our incarnated Spirit, which can inform our desires for whole and communion and maturity. Body prayer, gentle yoga, movement, walking meditation, tai chi, among other practices are integrated into days of prayer, mindfulness, contemplation and self-care. Massage is also made available during directed weeklong retreats and other extended programs.
