A Day of Self-Refreshment and Self-Reflection by the Sea

Take time out for yourself to renew your whole being. Explore and rejuvenate your mind/body/spirit connection and tend to your physical and emotional health to enhance your sense of well-being.
Dale Ann Litalien, MHSA, RN, a certified group fitness and stress management instructor and personal trainer, will gently guide you to stretch, breathe, relax and relieve tension. This retreat day will focus on balancing your mind, body and spirit through mindful movement appropriate for all fitness levels, breathing techniques, relaxation exercises, stress management strategies and self-reflection.
Connecting with deep areas of the Self requires the security of a safe, sacred environment in which participants will receive tender, respectful and individual attention from a highly experienced and empathetic facilitator. In this welcoming atmosphere of simplicity and autumnal beauty, your renewal will be complemented by this tranquil setting on Long Island Sound. The beach and seven-circuit labyrinth are conducive for quiet strolls and contemplation.
The program will be held on Saturday, October 19, from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The $75 includes lunch and materials. Please wear loose comfortable clothing and bring a blanket and/or exercise mat.
Dale Ann Litalien, MHSA, RN, has been a stress management workshop leader for more than 20 years. She is a registered nurse, certified reflexologist, Level 3 Dream Teacher in the Robert Moss School for Active Dreaming, contemporary yoga and pilates instructor, and personal trainer. Additionally, Dale has a special certification in holistic health and wellness. She holds a place in her heart for Mercy by the Sea, which has given her happiness and serenity for many years.
