A Day of Self-Refreshment by the Sea
Be kind to yourself. Take a much-needed break and dedicate time to renew your whole being. Explore and rejuvenate your mind/body/spirit connection and tend to your physical and emotional health and well-being.
You will be guided to stretch, breathe, relax and release tension by Dale Ann Litalien, MHSA, RN, a certified group fitness and stress management instructor and personal trainer. This retreat day will focus on balancing your mind, body and spirit through mindful movement, breathing techniques, relaxation exercises, stress management strategies and self-reflection in this beautiful, tranquil setting on Long Island Sound. The beach and seven-circuit labyrinth are conducive for quiet strolls and contemplation. Be renewed and refreshed at Mercy by the Sea.
Dale Ann Litalien, MHSA, RN, has been a stress management workshop leader for over 20 years. She is a registered nurse, a certified reflexologist, Level 3 Dream Teacher in the Robert Moss School for Active Dreaming, contemporary yoga instructor, Pilates instructor, and personal trainer. Additionally, she has a special certification in holistic health and wellness. Dale holds a place in her heart for Mercy by the Sea, which has given her happiness and tranquility for many years.
Please wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring a blanket and/or exercise mat.
