Renewing Mind, Body, Spirit: A Weekend Retreat for Wholeness
with Dale Ann Litalien and Grace Osora Erhart
Awaken to the Sacred within, nurturing your soul through the gentle care of your body. Spend a quiet weekend embracing the beauty of your surroundings and paying attention to the needs of your whole self. Come to all offerings, come to one, or simply "be" if that’s what you need in order to become more deeply in touch with the Sacred in your life.
Breathing and relaxation exercises, journaling, gentle yoga appropriate for all fitness levels, guided imagery meditations, a dream circle to share and contemplate the Sacred in our dreams, and individual wellness treatments will all be available during the weekend.
Dress comfortably and come prepared simply "to be." Take the steps you need to rebalance and find renewal.
The weekend runs from Friday, October 5, to Sunday, October 7. Check-in begins at 4 p.m. with dinner at 5:30 p.m. The program begins at 7 p.m. and ends after lunch on Sunday at 1:00 p.m. The fee of $385 for a single room and $325 for a double room includes the cost of the program and meals from Friday dinner to Sunday lunch.
