Spring’s Invitation to a Grieving Heart
with Lisa Irish
When we are grieving, the changing seasons can be a trigger for sadness. We see winter turn to spring and notice that our hearts are not responding to the new life all around us. How do we honor the pain of our loss while living with spring’s invitation to life?
This day of quiet and ritual invites us to embrace the both/and of life, where loss and love co-exist. Our time together will include the support of community, prayer, ritual and quiet — each valuable resources for healing a grieving heart.
The program will be held on Saturday, April 21, 9:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. The $65 fee includes the program as well as lunch.
