Entering the Holiday Season with a Grieving Heart
with Lisa Irish
We all experience loss and the grief that follows. During the holiday season, however, this normal process can become more complicated and more painful. Holidays are about coming together and our loved one's absence cannot be avoided. Come to the soothing spaces of Mercy by the Sea to receive comfort and support. Hear suggestions to include your loved one’s memory into holiday activities. Share in a time of remembering as your loved one’s name is spoken and his or her life is honored. This day of reflection will include the support of community, prayer, ritual and quiet,,a each valuable resource for healing a grieving heart.
The program will be held on Tuesday, November 14 from 9:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m. A fee of $50 covers both the program and lunch.
